European Conferences on Fungal Genetics

The essential database of genomic data for filamentous fungi. No fungal genetics/genomics without them.

Everything you wanted to know about fungi that you never dare to ask

The 2024 Fungal Pathogen Genomics course will take place 02-07 June 2024 in Hinxton, UK. This immersive week-long training is sponsored by the Wellcome Trust and delivered in collaboration with Wellcome Genome Science, Hinxton UK. The course offers experimental biologists and geneticists working with fungal and oomycete organisms practical training in genomic-scale data analysis. Utilizing web-based data-mining resources such as FungiDB, Ensembl Fungi, SGD/CGD, and JGI MycoCosm, participants will delve into various aspects of genomic analysis and receive training in web-based data-mining approaches.
